Ingredients
4 ounces uncooked angel hair pasta 1 package of John Morrell Skinless Smoked Sausage, cut into ½ in. slices 2 cups sliced fresh red peppers 2 garlic cloves, minced 4 ½ tsp. minced fresh basil 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 cup diced onions 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
Cook pasta according to directions. In a non-stick skillet pan, sauté the sausage, peppers, onions, garlic and basil in oil until peppers are tender. Drain pasta and add to the sausage and veggie mix. Add salt and pepper and toss the Smoked sausage dish. Heat through.
